CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

THE HIRER WILL NOT

  • Interfere with existing ornaments
  • Add additional ornaments without approval
  • Damage or relocate any of clubs property
  • Pull tables along floor

THE HIRER WILL

  • Be liable for any damage caused
  • Leave the bar and kitchen in clean condition ready for next day
  • Remove all empty containers, cans, bottles, etc
  • Vacate the premises by the time agreed

THE CLUB

  • Reserves the right to claim for damages or loss of property within seven (7) days from date of hire
  • Will levy extra charges for any damage claimed
  • Will levy a fine of $100 if any confetti, rice, glitter or similar is used on the premises
  • Will levy a fine of $100 if rubbish is not disposed of correctly
  • Will levy a fine of $200 if bar and kitchen are not left in a clean condition

NOTE

  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CLUB PREMISES
  • 50% REFUND OF DEPOSIT IF EVENT CANCELLED LESS THAN 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT
  • NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT IF EVENT CANCELLED LESS THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT
  • SERVING OF ALCOHOL STRICTLY IN ACCORD WITH HIRERS LICENSE
  • SERVING OF ALL DRINKS TO CEASE BY 12.30PM
  • BOND TO BE REFUNDED WITHIN SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS SUBJECT TO HIRE CONDITIONS BEING MET
